The Newly Baptized St. Paul’s All Saints Church Central Market Chapel Contributes Shs. 10,698,000/- Towards the Bishop’s Development Fund, BDF Program.
The Bishop of Diocese of Kigezi Rt. Rev. Gaddie Akanjuna has today Baptized All Saints Church Central Market Chapel to St. Paul’s All Saints Church Central Market Chapel as Christians collected Uganda Shillings 10,698,000/- towards the Bishop’s Development Fund Program.
Bishop Akanjuna named the Church after St. Paul due to his Great contribution to the Church of God today in a Thanksgiving Service of the new St. Paul’s All Saints Church Central Market Chapel as the Church’s Congregation joined the rest of the Christians in the Diocese to support the Bishop’s Program as they marked Nine (9) Years of Existence and deliberate service to God. ” We should not have our Hope on our Earthly Material Wealth but in our God who gave them to them. ” said Bishop Akanjuna and above all encouraged them not to despise their humble beginnings in their Business Profession and calling.
Addressing the congregation too, Robert Monday the Catechist of St. Paul’s All Saints Church Central Market Chapel acknowledged its role and impact to the society where it exists, Saying that many have been Baptized and wedded officially in the Church. And added that they looking forward to continuing the Mission of Evangelization in the Community on top of looking for Street Children all over the Town and preach them so that they can renew their lives and Faith.
St. Paul’s All Saints Church Central Market Chapel contribution was cash Uganda Shillings 10,198,000 and pledges 500000 now making the Contribution of All Saints Archdeaconary raise to over Uganda Shillings 100,000,000/- .
The Thanksgiving function which took place in the new Kabale Central Market in Central Division Kabale Municipality, was also attended by many dignitaries including the Archdeacon of All Saints Archdeaconary, Kabale Ven. Emmanuel Namanya Bwagye, Vicar of All Saints Archdeaconary, Kabale Rev. Emmanuel Mateeka and other Clergy. Political Leaders including Kabale Municipality Mayor Emmanuel Sentaro Byamugisha and Central Division LC III Chairman Samuel Arinaitwe.
