An 18 Years Old Girl Dies Instantly after Sitting for 2024 Day One UCE Exams in Kasese District.
The territorial Police in Bwera Division in Kasese District is Investigating the Sudden Death of a Sulaina Nabasirye a female 18 years , a student at Bwera Secondary School in Kasese District.
It’s alleged that the deceased sat for her S. 4 papers UNEB , at the same school on the 14th October, 2024 and that the deceased together with her colleagues attended preps and later went to the Dormitory for resting, at approximately 11 pm, the deceased developed breathing problems.
The School Matron Penina Biira transported her to Bwera Hospital for medical care and at approximately 3 am, she was pronounced Dead.
Police Action: According to the Rwenzori East Region- Kasese Police Spokesperson Supretendant of Police Nelson Tumushime said that, The Police team led by Bwera District Police Commander Supretendant of Police Ramathan Tai responded to the scene. PF 48, 48b have been filled for postmortem. And Investigations ongoing
