A Four (4) Years Old Juvenile was Defiled in Rukiga district.

The police in Rukiga have arrested a 28 years old Havad Tumwesigyire alias Nguru a resident of Nyakatojo II cell Nyakashebeya parish Kashambya sub county Rukiga district, allegedly for having carnal knowledge of a 4 years old girl.

It’s alleged that on 20/08/2024 at around 7 : 30 pm the mother of the victim gave her a mobile phone to use it as a touch to go to the toilet, then she went and delayed in the toilet for about 10minutes and on coming back, the victim told the mother that NGURU the neighbor had urinated on her legs. When the mother checked on her legs, she found suspected semens around her private part and her skirt was wet.

She immediately went and reported to police, case file was open, scene visited by a team of police officers, statements recorded, CRB 316/2024. from witnesses and the suspect was accordingly arrested to help in investigations. Inquiries ongoing, upon completion will be arreigned before courts of law to answer charges accordingly.
