Christians Urged to Respect the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist
Catholics have been asked to respect the sacrament of Holy Eucharist and it’s related activities such as Adoration of Jesus Christ in the sacrament of Holy Eucharist.
The message was delivered by the Curate of Kihihi-Rishoroza Catholic Parish in Kanungu district Rev. Fr. Deus Nuwagaba today at Christ the King Catholic Parish in Kabale Municipality during his Homily in a Holy Mass to celebrate the Sunday of the Holy Eucharist where he was the Main Celebrant. He said that Jesus Christ reveals himself as the food for soul through the sacrament of Holy Eucharist which every baptized catholic who lives and upholds to the doctrines of the Holy Roman Catholic Church should yearn to eat.
Fr. Nuwagaba further remarked that many people have earned themselves curses, misfortunes and many other bad things in their day to day lives because of doing things contrary to the practice of the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist such as continuos receiving it while involving themselves in acts of witchcraft and sorcerly , receiving it without repenting off their sins in the sacrament of Penance.
He ended by calling upon all the Catholics who should be receiving it but now do not because of personal reasons to resolve them with immediate effect and return to the Catholic Church fully as children of God because it is the beginning of every blessing and luck they need in life to succeed and eventually claim a place in the kingdom of God once they have departed this earthly life.
