Speaking at the ordination function as the Guest of honour the State Minister for Finance, Planning and Economic Development in charge of General duties who doubles as the Rubanda East County Member of Parliament Hon. Henry Musasizi Ariganyira called upon the newly ordained to add the development gospel on top of the spiritual gospel their cardinal role of becoming priests. He emphasized that it will be difficult for them to fulfill their mission while preaching hungry congregations hence the need to also preach about development programs like those being put in place by the National resistance Movement Government such as Parish Development Model.
