According to the Head Coach of Kigezi Home Boyz Football Club Denis Tushabe alias Kapi acknowledged that the game was tough, the opponent having been in the top flight league of the country last season, they wasted a lot of time almost faking for an injury after every five minutes and that he is disappointed that the referee added only four minutes as additional time when there team doctor entered the stadium four times and their players spending a least amount of two minutes on ground in those scenarios. He said that ” I expected him to add a minimum of 10 minutes because they really wasted a lot of time but nevertheless a point is not bad, it pushes you further but nonetheless am disappointed by the performance of the players and re-echoed that yesterday when they played the first 20 minutes, they had a lot of chances that they didn’t convert for goals. “
Coach Tushabe further emphasized that this performance will act as a benchmark in their preparation for their next game against Booma Football Club from Masindi come next week and he is optimistic that they will get all the three points in that game.
Kigezi Home Boyz Football Club Captain James Junior Tukei also spoke to our reporter and stated that today’s game was tough and intensive with a lot of pressure from their opponent and having conceded first at a home ground and they had to fight back for the equalizer and he is happy with that as a club.
